All sixty blocks
Sixty blocks. Each one runs three to twelve weeks, gets heavier on a schedule and ends with a deload and a re-test, so you find out whether it worked. Filter by what you have and how often you can train, then preview week one before you decide.

The four phases every block moves through
Lengths differ and the movements differ, but the underlying logic is the same in all sixty. That is what lets you finish one block and start another without going back to square one.
Accumulation
Technique and volume at moderate load. The weeks that make the heavy weeks possible.
Overload
Load climbs week on week across the primary lifts, reps come down.
Deload
Half the volume, scheduled rather than improvised, so the intensification block lands.
Re-test
New top sets against week one, so you can see exactly what moved before you pick the next block.
