Refunds and cancellation

Booty is digital. The moment you buy a block or start a membership you get the whole thing immediately, which is why we do not offer refunds once access has been given. What we do instead is let you see the product before you pay for it, and make leaving easy.
Before you pay
Week one of every block is readable on this site with no account and no card. That is a real week of the actual programming, not a sample. If the writing is not for you, you will know before you spend anything.
Memberships start with a three day free trial. Your first charge date is shown in your account from the moment the trial starts.
Subscriptions
- Cancel any time from Settings. It opens Stripe, where your card details live.
- Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not refund the period you are in, and you keep access until that period ends.
- We do not refund part-used months, and we do not refund because a subscription was forgotten about. Cancel and the charges stop.
- If a renewal charge was taken after you had already cancelled, that is our mistake and we will refund it in full.
One time block purchases
A block bought outright is delivered in full at the moment of purchase and is not refundable. You are buying a specific block whose first week you could read for free beforehand.
When we do refund
- You were charged twice for the same thing.
- You were charged after cancelling.
- You were charged for something you did not buy.
- We took the product away, or it was materially not what this site described.
Email hello@booty.com and we will sort it out. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here removes rights you have by law. Consumers in the UK, the EU and some other jurisdictions normally have a fourteen day right to cancel a digital purchase. That right is lost once download or streaming has begun with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose it. By buying a block or starting a membership you ask for immediate access and accept that you lose that cancellation right once access begins. If you change your mind within fourteen days and have not opened anything beyond the free week one preview, email us and we will refund you.
Residents of some places, including certain US states, have additional rights around subscription cancellation. We honour those regardless of anything above.
Chargebacks
If something is wrong, email us first. We would rather refund a genuine mistake than argue with a bank about it.
