The short version: we sell training programs, you use them at your own risk, you can leave whenever you like, and you do not get to resell them.

Everything on this site is general fitness information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nobody here is your doctor or your physiotherapist. Strength training carries risk of injury.
- Talk to a qualified clinician before starting, especially if you are pregnant, recently postpartum, injured, recovering from surgery, or managing a health condition.
- Stop if something hurts in a way that worries you and get it looked at.
- You are responsible for the loads you choose and the technique you use.
Programs that mention postpartum, knee or lower back considerations are still general programming. They are not a substitute for an assessment by someone who can see you.
Your account
You need an account to train with us. Keep your sign in details to yourself, give us accurate information, and do not share your account. One account is one person. We can suspend accounts that are shared, resold, or used to scrape the programming.
You must be at least 16 to hold an account, and 18 to pay us.
What you are buying
A licence to use the programming for your own training. Not ownership of it.
You may not copy, republish, resell, or redistribute the blocks, the session data or the library, or use any of it to train a machine learning model. Automated scraping is not allowed.
Billing
- Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Tax may be added at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you chose until cancelled. We email you before the first charge after a free trial.
- Cancel from Settings. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are covered by the refunds policy.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- We may change prices. Existing subscribers get notice before a change affects them, and can cancel instead.
The product changes
We add blocks, edit them and occasionally retire them. A block you bought outright stays available to you. Membership content is whatever the library holds at the time.
Liability
We provide the product as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the programming, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending things
You can stop at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will refund anything you have paid for and not received where that is fair.
Changes to these terms
If we change anything that matters we will tell account holders by email and update the date at the top. Carrying on using the product means accepting the change.
